Deposits and Payments I Require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT in order to secure your appointment. This deposit varies and will be charged at booking and deducted from the total cost. Deposits are only transferable once within 30 days! Remaining balance must be EXACT CASH! Or Card Card, Cash, Cashapp, Chime, & ApplePay IF DEPOSIT IS NOT PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED Scheduling I do not charge for tardiness, however, I must be contacted if running late. ( if you have a preferred oil you can bring it and I'll apply it for you.) Scalp must be clean free of any build up dandruff *Braiding & Boho hair is provided… Any track hair must be provided by client! * LENGTH IS NOT INCLUDED PLEASE SELECT A LENGTH IN THE “ADD-ON” SECTION WHEN BOOKING! *If braid style is a specific design, please send name, appointment date, and pic to 901-483-9763 *3 different colors will be an extra $15.00 *Style changes day of appointment will be charged $45 and style must be less time consuming than original style. * Kid clients are considered 8 years or under * Hair must be 4 inches or more to book with me. * NO BLUNT CUTS ••Appointment service times are estimated. These are not exact for each individual client. Please do not rush the service and allow the time it takes for your hair to be properly styled. Please plan and book accordingly•• ••If you book a service above 5 hours please make sure day is cleared, I am a perfectionist and I do not rush my processes•• ••If there is an issue with your style, contact me within 48 hours. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel and reschedule; Appointments can be rescheduled 24 hours before the appt time. The deposit will be applied to the new appointment date. Deposits are only transferrable ONCE. Rescheduling must be done the same day as cancellation. Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before your upcoming date or you will be charged 30% of your appt balance minus the deposit.
